Summary An Introduction to Educational Philosophy By Routledge 4th Edition 2006  
1. The Concept of Education The Concept of Education is a belief in what is worth learning and how people should learn it. The definition of education is a process to gain knowledge or lead. 
2. Education and Curriculum The essence of the requirements Hirst originally referred to the forms of knowledge or training.
3. Curriculum Theory Curriculum to mean the program of study. Curriculum is linked to the decision making of us, the preparation of the growth, the learning of the curriculum used .

Creativity Creativity is the act of
transforming new and imaginative ideas into reality.
Creativity is characteristic of the ability to perceive the world
in new ways. Creativity involves two processes that are thought-produced.

Rationally, the value of the state of
being moral is based on reasonable grounds.
Rationally, this means the alignment
of one's values with one's own. 


In conclusion, the importance of philosophy in educational debate and as a background to any practical activity. such as teaching, the idea of educating, the criteria for establishing of teaching techniques and the concept about rationale, culture, creativity.
In my opinion, the book is very useful and interesting to education and educators who want to develop academic and critical orientation for educational issues.
